Peran Generasi Muda Sebagai Motor Inovasi Menuju Indonesia Emas 2045

Abstract

"Golden Indonesia 2045" is a grand national vision that positions the younger generation as the primary drivers of national development. Young people possess immense potential as engines of innovation, thanks to their capacity for critical thinking, technological adaptability, and creativity in navigating the changing times. However, challenges such as educational disparities and limited access to technology continue to hinder the emergence of an exceptional generation. An emancipatory approach to education—aligned with the ideas of Ki Hadjar Dewantara—combined with humanistic learning inspired by the systems of Finland, Japan, and South Korea, forms the foundation for cultivating a generation defined by strong character, independence, and competitiveness. With the support of the government, educational institutions, and society, the youth have the potential to act as agents of change in realizing a sovereign, globally competitive, and principled nation as it moves toward the goal of Golden Indonesia 2045.
